refunds and cancellation

Pip’s trial does not require a payment card. Paid plans renew only after a price, billing interval, currency, tax, and renewal terms are displayed at Dodo Payments checkout. There are no setup, cancellation, or hidden fees.
Cancel any time
Use the Dodo customer portal to cancel future renewal. Cancellation keeps paid access through the end of the period already paid for; it does not erase local data.
Ask for a refund
Email support@doorado.in from the address used at checkout with your Dodo order ID, purchase date, and a short reason. We review requests fairly under Dodo Payments’ process and your local consumer-law rights. We will not require you to telephone, repeat yourself, or accept store credit before we consider a request.
What this policy does not change
Nothing here removes rights that local consumer law gives you. Dodo Payments is the merchant of record and processes any approved refund to the original payment method where possible.
